Returns

If you wish to return your purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase or delivery for items that are returned in new, unused condition in their original package, with a copy of your receipt.

You can bring return items to our brick and mortar store or reach out to us via email to arrange shipping back your return. All online returns must be pre-approved by Nest Organics before shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

All return packages must be insured.
