All of our orders are shipped from our little shop in Asheville, NC within one to five business days of your order being placed. Transit times are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on the destination. Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen, and the destination.
If your item arrives damaged please let us know ASAP so we can work on getting a refund handled by the carrier within two business days.
Please note that Nest Organics is not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. In these instances, please reach out to your local post office for help! That being said, we will do what we can to help you sort everything out with the carrier.
Organic Mattresses: We are happy to take mattress orders over the phone and have them shipped directly to your home. Feel free to give us a call for more details and let us help you customize your organic mattress!
